Our department's 2023-2024 Spring Semester May meeting was held on 27/05/2024 with the participation of academic staff. Since Lecturer Anıl RIDVANOĞULLARI participated in the railway sample studies on our campus, he joined the meeting from the field. The agenda items of the meeting, chaired by Department Head Lecturer Dr. Arif KARADAĞ, were as follows;
1. General evaluation of the term and uploading of quiz/homework grades to the system.
2. Examination of student attendance/absence status.
3. Review of final and make-up exam programs and assignments.
4. Reminding of the rules in exam practices and application integrity in the rules.
5. Entering exam grades into the system on time.
6. Evaluation of the railway sample studies on our campus.
7. Providing interviews for our students who could not find an internship.
8. Providing the necessary preparations for the graduation ceremony.
9. Obtaining information about the stages of our department professors who are continuing their doctoral processes.
10. Evaluations of external stakeholder interviews.
11. Re-evaluation and review of the curriculum changes.
12. Plans for the follow-up of our intern students during the summer term.
13. Coordination calendar with internal stakeholders for fall term preparations.
14. Dating of summer term academic staff leaves.
