Our department's 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester March meeting was held with the participation of all faculty members. The agenda items of the meeting, chaired by Department Head Lecturer Dr. Arif KARADAĞ, were as follows;
1) Evaluation of the status of students who came to our department through Additional Article 1 and horizontal transfer.
2) Ensuring departmental unity in monitoring absenteeism.
3) Checking Bologna course content and eliminating deficiencies, if any.
4) Making term exam definitions.
5) A brief evaluation of the exam results of the trainers' training.
6) Organization of monthly meetings with the students of advisors.
7) Obtaining information about the stages of our department lecturers who are continuing their doctoral processes.
8) Arranging the necessary institutions or institutions for external stakeholder meetings.
9) Making the necessary preparations for curriculum changes by April at the latest.
10) Revision of elective courses and new elective courses to be in the field of aviation.
11) Preparation of exam programs by the program chair.
12) Discussion of task distributions.
13) Making programs suitable for the spirit of Ramadan for students during Ramadan.
14) Announcement of the decisions taken by the department board to the production staff who attend the classes in the department and requesting that they do what is necessary.
