Our department's 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester September Meeting was held on 30/09/2024 at 11:30 with the participation of all department members. The agenda items of the meeting, chaired by Department Head Instr. Dr. Arif KARADAĞ, were;
1. Wishes for a good new academic year and fall semester.
2. Whether there are any problems or deficiencies in the course registration process.
3. Checking the course programs and courses in the system.
4. Attendance status of students who come/will come with normal registration and additional quota and issues to be considered in course work.
5. Active use of virtual classes during the face-to-face education period and issues to be considered.
6. In which cases and how can faculty members use their leave during the semester.
7. Informing the department board of the decisions taken to the faculty members who teach in the department and requesting them to do what is necessary.
8. Forwarding the requests in an official letter.
9. Holding meetings with external stakeholders every semester and continuing the existing protocols.
10. Continuing to organize monthly meetings with the students of the advisors.
11. Checking the link of the program outputs on the Bologna page.
12. Planning before technical trips and taking the outputs afterwards.
13. Continuing to upload all activities to the Drive file.
14. Making at least one application from the department to the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program.
