Our department's 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester April meeting was held with the participation of all department faculty members. The agenda items of the meeting, chaired by Department Head Instr. Dr. Arif KARADAĞ, were as follows;
1. Uploading the department's work schedule to the website.
2. Submission of requests by official letter.
3. Formation of an advisory board from external stakeholders.
4. Holding meetings with external stakeholders every semester and making a protocol.
5. Continuation of monthly meetings of advisors with their students.
6. Uploading course contents and course syllabuses to the website.
7. Checking the link of program outputs on the Bologna page.
8. Adding the disaster management course to the curriculum as an elective course.
9. Planning before technical trips and taking printouts afterwards
10. Setting up elective courses as 2 hours and 3 ECTS.
11. Uploading all activities to the Drive file.
12. Exchange of views on the closure of our department's Automotive program.
13. Completion of all work requested within the scope of quality by June 15 at the latest.
